At RAW BY CB we offer a NO REFUND,EXCHANGE ONLY Policy. Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In other words, once the hair has been worn , it isn’t refundable or eligible for any compensation.
