Refund policy

At Rawbycb, every order is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Returns

We do not accept returns on:

• Hair extensions
• Closures
• Frontals
• Wigs
• Custom or special orders
• Products that have been opened, worn, brushed, washed, altered, colored, or chemically processed

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Have all tags, packaging, zip ties, and security seals intact
• Be approved by our customer support team before being returned

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• The wrong item was shipped
• The item arrived damaged due to shipping
• Your order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.

Once processing has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Preorders

Products marked as preorder or made-to-order are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Shipping Delays

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided as a guideline. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control do not qualify for a refund.
