Returns
At Rawbycb we offer a NO REFUND,EXCHANGE ONLY Policy. Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@rawbycb.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

5. Present Safety Risks
• Actions that pose a danger to the safety of staff, customers, or the premises.
Procedure for Enforcing Refusal of Service
• Staff will politely address concerns with the customer, explaining the specific issue.
• If the behavior continues, management will intervene and inform the customer that service cannot be provided.
• In cases of escalated behavior, local authorities may be contacted.
