Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
In-Stock Orders
Items that are in stock are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, most in-stock orders arrive within 4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Preorder Items
Products marked as Preorder are not immediately available for shipment. Please allow 10–14 business days for preorder items to be prepared and shipped. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, RAWBYCB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
