At Rawbycb, we’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
In-Stock Orders
Items that are in stock are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
After shipment, most in-stock orders arrive within 4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Preorder Items
Products marked as Preorder are not immediately available for shipment.
Please allow 10–14 business days for preorder items to be prepared and shipped.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Rawbycb is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Rawbycb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
